The power of self-directed work teams

Over the last 6 years ECA has grown organically at a rate of over 20% each year.

A significant contributor to that growth has been the use of self-directed work teams, empowering employees to improve processes and solve problems at all levels of the organization.

In this presentation we will show how ECA went about establishing an effective culture and structure to support effective self-directed work teams. We will talk to the critical elements, the stages of growth, sustaining the gains and the lessons learned.
