Key Presentation on "Thriving by Adapting" by Peter Legnos, President of LBI Inc. Peter founded LBI, an engineering and manufacturing company with a foundation in naval architecture and marine engineering. As the principal designer, in the early years he developed several yacht and commercial boat designs that LBI manufactured and marketed. These include the Mystic Cat, Mystic 30, Mystic Ali Cat 20, Mystic River Cat 15, and the Legnos 35. Read Peters full bio here.
The program schedule will include how LBI started, how they evolved and why, the challenges they faced and how they adapted to these challenges. In addition, Peter Legnos will also cover taking stock of your ability to change and calculate the risks, the "No-Risk No-Reward" philosophy and managing the risk. Following the presentation it will be open for questions and a discussion as well as appetizers and networking.
