An NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in the Workplace training certificate will be provided to all participants.

The General Duty Clause of the OSHA Act of 1970 tells us that as employers, we are responsible for providing a safe and healthy workplace free from all known hazards that cause or are likely to cause death or serious physical injury to employees. Mike Balinskas, General Manager of PowerHawke, Inc., has been working and training on this topic since 2010 and has trained hundreds of electricians, safety professionals and managers. This topic is especially important in the manufacturing sector where operators, maintenance employees and contractors are regularly exposed to a variety of electrical shock and arc flash hazards.
