In this panel discussion, we will hear directly from millennials in the manufacturing industry - what motivates them, which training styles are most effective to their learning process, what are some of their challenges and why they are pursuing a career in manufacturing. Manufacturers can ask questions and understand what it takes to attract and retain the next generation of skilled workers, which are in limited supply.
