Succession Planning is not a one size fits all process. In some cases, the transition is orderly and other times, less so. Panelists will talk about the dynamics of succession in both situations. We’ll also discuss the impact of an ESOP and whether that may be a good choice for you. We’ll suggest best practices for succession planning in manufacturing companies as well as how to develop your internal talent and create a mentoring framework.
