Participants will reflect on how they want their life to improve over the next five to ten years and the importance of integrating personal and organizational goals. Owning a business offers freedom to leave a legacy, build a lifestyle, or seed a new career. This forum will assemble a panel of experts to address the strategies and challenges to build or sell business equity, acquire a new business, and prepare a family member to take the reins of a business. At the conclusion, participants will have an opportunity to direct NHMA to the knowledge and skill areas they would like future workshops to address in order to help them realize their goal.
